The Tachograph charts which you submitted for analysis relating to the period from 28/10/96 for 14 days have been checked and the following infringements have been found: |

Copies of the relevant charts are attached for you to verify where and how these infringements occurred. |

Where the occassional infringement occurs we expect you to take note and to take the necessary steps to ensure that it does not happen again. If however you do not do this and you persist in causing infringements of the regulations you are possibly placing the future and your colleagues jobs in danger. |
